This Privacy Policy describes how Viktor Lysak (“we”, “us”), publishing on
Google Play as MagicApps, handles information in the mobile application
2048 Merge Puzzle (package com.magic.apps.game2048, the “App”).
2048 Merge Puzzle is a single-player puzzle game. We keep data collection to a minimum and we do not sell your data.
The following are stored only on your device (via local storage) and are not sent to us:
You can clear this at any time from the App (Statistics → Clear) or by uninstalling the App.
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage (e.g. app opens, game-over events) and to receive crash reports so we can fix bugs. This may include a device-generated app instance identifier, device model, OS version, country and crash diagnostics. This data is processed by Google as our service provider; see Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. It does not identify you personally, and it is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
If you enable reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device to remind you to finish an unfinished game. No push data is received from a server for this feature. You can turn reminders off any time in Settings or in your OS notification settings.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, files, or any other personally identifiable information. The App has no user accounts and no login.
Device-stored game data lives on your device only and is removed when you clear it in the App or uninstall the App. Analytics and crash data are retained by Google Firebase according to Google’s retention settings (currently up to 14 months for analytics events and 90 days for crash reports). To request deletion of any data associated with your app installation, email victor1989lysak@gmail.com.
The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, with the “Last updated” date above.
